Full Time – 38 hours per week
£30,000–£40,000 + Commission/Bonus

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in manufacturing or precision engineering? Do you enjoy building strong customer relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities?
We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Account Executive to manage existing accounts, develop new business, and act as the key commercial contact between customers and our production teams.

The Role
 
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Identify and win new business opportunities
Prepare and follow up quotations, negotiate and close deals
Coordinate internally with production, scheduling and quality teams
Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting
Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities  What We’re Looking For
 
Experience in sales or account management, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, self-motivated and target-driven
