Business Development Lead

Our client based near Eastbourne in East Sussex is currently on the lookout for a business developer who can run a desk but also team lead as well. The company are a specialist in lead generation and business development for a variety of organisations in and around London along with other parts of the UK They are looking for a Sales Operations and Team Lead to lead the UK based out reach team to a consistently high standard, while remaining hands-on as a strong business developer in your own right.

This is a genuine leadership role, not a senior business developer with a title. You will take charge of the day-to-day running of the team, raising performance, coaching individuals and protecting the quality of everything they do, while leading from the front by example. It is a rare blend of leadership and delivery. If you are excellent at outbound prospecting and love developing people and building a high-performing team, this role is built for you.
