Building Surveyor

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Building Surveyor. The ideal candidate will need to show good experience working on the planned maintenance side.

The ideal candidate will be expected to have experience in:

• Planned Maintenance

• Identifying building defects & takes appropriate remedial action

• Ability to manage and complete high valued projects from start to finish

• Ability to prepare schedules and prioritise work loads

• Writing specifications, contract administration and CDM

You will be responsible for managing your own workload and holding a substantial influence within the Property Services team. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and share your skills.

The position we have available will initially be for a 3 month period.
