Echevarría Attorneys at Law is seeking a Real Estate Post-Closing Paralegal who will take ownership of real estate closings after settlement and ensure every detail is finalized, recorded, submitted, delivered, and documented with 100% accuracy.
You will also support overall transaction coordination and assist with business formation when needed. We’re not your traditional law firm. - $55,000 – $65,000 annual salary

- Scan, save, and organize all executed documents into digital files.
- Record deeds and other required documents with accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate title insurance policies and issue final documents.
- Send final letters to buyers and deliver completed closing packages.
- Follow up with lenders on mortgage satisfactions until fully cleared.
- Track all post-closing requirements and maintain a completion checklist.
- Address and resolve post-closing issues or complaints when they arise.
- Ensure files are 100% closed – nothing outstanding, nothing pending.
- Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, Realtors, and title agents to confirm closing steps are accurate and complete.
- Maintain clear, professional communication throughout post-closing follow-ups.
- Collect and maintain transaction data and update digital record systems.
- Assist with entity formation and compliance documentation if experienced (not required but beneficial).
- Type A, organized, loves checklists, structure, and accountability.
- Enjoys working behind the scenes to create order and completion.
- Strong communicator who follows up and follows through.
- Thrives in a transactional, deadline-driven environment.
- Takes pride in clean, accurate files and polished final deliverables.
- 3–5 years as a real estate paralegal, title post-closing specialist, or transaction coordinator is highly preferred.
- Experience generating title insurance policies strongly preferred.
- Strong digital filing and document organization skills.
- Business formation experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
- $55,000 – $65,000 annual salary
