What You’ll Do:
- Program and integrate control systems including PLC, OIT, HMI, Reporting, and Alarming software
- Develop PLC, OIT, and SCADA system programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with field control systems
- Provide technical support to address equipment and process challenges
- Lead startup activities and compile progress reports
- Review and interpret control panel drawings, network drawings, and I/O lists
- Collaborate in QC reviews with a focus on programming quality and philosophy
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in PLC/OIT/HMI programming or related roles
- Advanced knowledge of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text) and HMI software
- Experience with instrumentation and control systems in the water/wastewater industry (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Leadership and mentoring ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
