What You’ll Do:

  • Program and integrate control systems including PLC, OIT, HMI, Reporting, and Alarming software
  • Develop PLC, OIT, and SCADA system programs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with field control systems
  • Provide technical support to address equipment and process challenges
  • Lead startup activities and compile progress reports
  • Review and interpret control panel drawings, network drawings, and I/O lists
  • Collaborate in QC reviews with a focus on programming quality and philosophy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in PLC/OIT/HMI programming or related roles
  • Advanced knowledge of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text) and HMI software
  • Experience with instrumentation and control systems in the water/wastewater industry (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Leadership and mentoring ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Travel:
