Overview

Clinic Director / Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) at Ivy Rehab Network. You will lead clinical care and partner with Ivy Rehab to open and operate a start-up clinic location, combining clinical excellence with business growth.

Location

Delaware (we go where the clinician and patient need; location will be determined in collaboration with the partner). This clinic does not yet exist and would be considered a start-up clinic.

Job Description

Clinic Director & Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) – Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient Ortho

You are a rockstar physical therapist focused on helping people move better, feel better, and live better. You excel clinically and will focus on growing the clinic while Ivy Rehab handles the business side (marketing, HR, legal, credentialing, billing, IT support). This enables you to concentrate on patients while building a successful clinic with a business-minded partner.

You will be supported as a business-savvy partner with analytics, planning, and growth for the clinic.

• Base salary plus competitive director bonus, comprehensive benefits, CEU resources, promotional opportunities, annual base increases, and clinic equity.

Compensation Structure
Annual Base Pay: $100,000 - $115,000 + competitive annual bonus plan + true equity ownership in the clinic (more skin in the game).

• Salary and incentives depend on experience, specialty, education, local relationships/referrals, and organizational need. Salaries do not include bonuses, equity, CEU funds, or other incentives.

Qualifications & What Success Looks Like

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow a successful clinic.
• Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven clinical, management, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive environment with clients and staff.
