Base Pay Range$38.00/yr - $45.00/yr
Responsibilities- Collaborated with business stakeholders to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Analyzed existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Conducted data-driven research and feasibility studies, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Performed requirement elicitation using interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, surveys, and document analysis.
- Worked closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, and Operations to ensure project deliverables met expectations and were aligned with business goals.
- Assisted in creating prototypes and wireframes using tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Figma, or Lucidchart to support requirements visualization.
- Supported Agile development process by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Prepared test cases, validated test results, and ensured that the delivered product met the business requirements before deployment.
- Tracked project progress using project management tools, identified risks, and contributed to mitigation plans to avoid delivery delays.
- Communicated project updates, performance metrics, and analytical insights through reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
- Provided post-implementation support, monitored KPI performance, and ensured smooth adoption of new systems and features by business users.
