• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in maintaining and managing department budgets.
• Order, receive, and track parts inventory in line with company standards.
• Inspect and ensure proper inventory management, deliveries, and organization of parts.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in industry‑related software.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and math skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
• Previous experience in Parts or Inventory Control is a plus.
• Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
