Join Our Life‑Saving Team as an ICU Registered Nurse on the night shift! Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse ready to make a significant impact in critical care? We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional care to our patients in their most critical moments.
Responsibilities- Deliver both direct and indirect nursing care to critically ill patients with precision and empathy.
- Utilize your in‑depth knowledge of departmental and hospital policies to ensure the highest standard of emergency care.
- Employ your interpretive skills and engage in frequent interactive and consultative associations with the healthcare team.
- Facilitate, implement, and evaluate the Patient Plan of Care and outcomes in collaboration with the health care team.
- Critical Thinking, Prioritization, Equipment Operation, Initiative, Evaluate test results reported immediately.
- Assess patient safety facts and identify patients requiring specific safety devices.
- Document patient accurately and correctly within the specified time at admission, transfer, and discharge.>
- Collect adequate and correct blood/urine specimens from patients as ordered by physicians, using proper technique and equipment.
- Correctly label specimens and process.
- Ensure appropriate delivery of specimens to the lab via courier or specimen pick up from outside agencies.
- Document assessment on multidisciplinary form and modify as needed.
- Minimum one year Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.
- Essential:
Experience in Hospital or Acute Care Setting. - Clear Communication Skills both written and verbal.
- Able to keep confidential information regarding patients, team members.
- Able to withstand crisis situations.
- Has skills to provide customer service to patients, team members and visitors.
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Health Records.
- RN – Registered Nurse.
- BLS – Basic Life Saving certification.
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- NIH Stroke Certification.
Education:
Essential – RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program. Entry: USD $36.20/Hr. Max: USD $59.73/Hr.
