Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process.

• Assessments of patients are accurate, consistently performed and completed efficiently.
• Accurate documentation of continuum of care.
• Consistently demonstrates safe and accurate technical skills.
• Demonstrates competency in the performance of all procedures routinely performed in the office.
• Demonstrates proper technique in operating all office/medical equipment.
• Triaging of patients is accurate and complies with instructions rendered by provider.
• Demonstrates competency in providing quality patient care.
• Accurately follows provider directions.
• Handles all specimens using proper technique.
• Correctly labels and processes specimens.
• Ensures proper preparation of specimens for lab courier transfer to Lab.
• Monitors biohazard safety related to the job; includes manual delivery of specimens to lab and changing gloves between patients.
• Uses appropriate PPE and follows OSHA standards.
• Performs all job duties within scope of practice and organizational policies/procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year L.P.N./R.N. experience, preferably in a Doctors Office.

• Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to keep confidential information regarding patients and team members.
• Ability to withstand crisis situations.
• Provides customer service to patients, team members, and visitors.
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Health Records.

• RN – Registered Nurse
• LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse
• BLS – Basic Life Saving certification (American Heart Association)

• LPN program graduate

Entry: USD $23.67/Hr. Max: USD $36.69/Hr.
