Delaware Neuro Rehab is a premier neuro‑rehabilitation clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive and innovative rehabilitation services for patients with neurological conditions. With clinics in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties, we have expanded our services to meet growing demand.

• No call and no weekends.
• Concussion, TBI, cognitive impairment, headaches, seizures, peripheral nerve and muscular disorders, spinal cord injury, spasticity and dystonia, functional symptoms.
• Ability to customize patient mix based on interest and available opportunities.
• Cover two office locations (40‑50 minute drive between sites).
• Provide training and supervision to one Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
• Collaborate on patient care with a multidisciplinary team that includes physiatrists, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, and a chiropractor.
• Opportunities to perform or learn occipital nerve blocks, trigeminal nerve blocks, botulinum toxin injections for migraine, cervical dystonia and spasticity, as well as baclofen pump management.
• Opportunities to be involved in medico‑legal work.

• Competitive base salary range: $350,000.
• Additional incentive potential of up to $50,000 per year.
