The Lodge at Historic Lewes is looking for Full time bartenders who are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences while exceeding guest expectations. Make a difference in the lives of those who live with us
Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Take meal/drink orders and provide service in a timely and friendly manner
Explain daily specials and menu items
Maintain assigned tables
Follow drink recipes
Coordinate daily supply inventory for bar
Assist with receipt of deliveries
Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
Practice all safety and loss prevention practices
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma/GED
ABC Server Training
Previous experience with order processing systems
Previous experience in fine dining preferred
Ability to communicate effectively
Interest in working with a senior population
Demonstrated customer service skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
