The Lodge at Historic Lewes is looking for Full time bartenders who are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences while exceeding guest expectations. • Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

• Take meal/drink orders and provide service in a timely and friendly manner

• Explain daily specials and menu items

• Maintain assigned tables

• Follow drink recipes

• Coordinate daily supply inventory for bar

• Assist with receipt of deliveries

• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules

• Practice all safety and loss prevention practices

• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma/GED

• ABC Server Training

• Previous experience with order processing systems

• Previous experience in fine dining preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Interest in working with a senior population

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule
