What You Will Be DoingAs a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to grow your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in‑store experience. In this role, you will:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learn and share ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself while connecting with customers.
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
- Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
- Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
- Average annual salary range: $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate with uncapped commission.

Note:
A comprehensive benefit list is provided and benefits are subject to plan terms. Paid time off accrues: a minimum of 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Sick leave is provided per applicable state law.
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- At least 18 years of age
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
