Sales and Service Specialist

Full‑time career opportunity with Fulton Bank's Lewes, DE financial center (34346 Carpenter’s Way). Applicants must be available during branch operating hours (no Sundays) and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services: open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (required).
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (preferred).

Bilateral hourly rate: $18.25 – $28.61.
