Location: Lewisburg, TN

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: 5:30am-2:30PM Monday-Thursday and 5:30am-11:30am Friday

Looking for Warehouse Assemblers jobs in Lewisburg where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Would be helping assemble racks for car parts, could be adding parts, inserts. Would be standing and using hand tools such as screwdrivers, rivets. Could be Cleaning totes and palletizing them.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

• Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
• Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Assemblers.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.

As a Warehouse Assemblers you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.
