This role offers a $5000 Sign On Bonus for full-time positions.

We provide compassionate, family‑oriented care for geriatric patients. The successful candidate will demonstrate clinical competency, utilize the nursing process, and adhere to regulatory standards while maintaining teamwork.

• Maintain clinical competency through application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills.
• Apply the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
• Organize workflow and prioritize tasks to meet patient care needs.
• Integrate current standards of practice and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Practice continuous quality improvement and problem‑solving.
• Be caring, compassionate, team‑player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

• Valid Tennessee LPN Nursing license.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a family‑oriented environment.
