We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team as Assistant Director of Nursing. In this role you will manage patient care, coordinate nursing services, and support our interdisciplinary team to provide high‑quality care to residents.

• Monitor patient treatments and medication administration to ensure compliance with orders.
• Maintain an accurate system for tracking patient status, including daily bedside rounds of all residents.
• Plan and direct nursing services in an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Communicate effectively with the medical/health care community, patients and families.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Tennessee.
• Prior experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility (preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
