RN - Unit Manager – Join Adams Place in Lewisburg, TN. NHC Health Care Oakwood seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead nursing professionals and ensure high-quality care for our residents.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Tennessee RN license
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to complete accurate assessments and develop or update individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with patients and families, encouraging participation in care decisions
Ensure delivery of appropriate nursing care and assist with treatments and medications as needed
Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff and CNAs
Participate in daily and monthly meetings
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
