Wound Care Nurse for NHC Health Care Lewisburg – Full Time. NHC Lewisburg, a 100‑bed post‑acute skilled nursing facility, seeks a wound care nurse with expertise in caring for chronic and acute wounds in the geriatric population.

The preferred candidate is an RN; an LPN with experience is encouraged to apply. The qualified nurse will assess and evaluate patients with wounds and injuries, ensuring optimal patient care delivery in wound care nursing procedures, providing preventative care to prevent infection and other complications, and coordinating education and care with other health professionals.
