We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Day Shift to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.

- Provide nursing care in accordance with each patient's individualized care plan.
- Monitor patients and report changes in condition.

- Support and collaborate with the nursing team to provide quality patient care.
- Respond to patient needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
- Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Current Tennessee RN or LPN license
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassion for serving the geriatric population
