PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and fire & security equipment to hire a detail-driven Inventory Clerk. In this role, your work directly impacts inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction at the Lewisburg, TN Distribution Center. The Inventory Clerk plays a critical role in improving inventory accuracy by identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies within the distribution center. Working closely with the Inventory Control team and Inventory Supervisor, you’ll help uncover root causes, reduce transactional errors, and support smooth, reliable operations that keep products moving where they’re needed most.

• Assist with physical inventory execution and ongoing cycle count activities
• Support cycle counters with 6S audit issues
• Research and resolve transactional discrepancies from prior-day activity
• Investigate and locate items listed on Short Order reports, applying posting changes as needed
• Perform root cause analysis for cycle count and inventory discrepancies
• Research stock variances and resolve bin-level inventory issues
• Escalate plant-level inventory adjustments to the Inventory Supervisor
• Deliver daily reports outlining actions taken and improvement recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams, partner companies, and customers

• High School Diploma or GED

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience using SAP
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented
• Effective communicator at all organizational levels
• Team player who enjoys collaborating on projects and improvements
