Technical IFA Administrator

Technical IFA Administrator West Midlands | £28,000–£32,000  benefits | Full-time / Part-Time considered We’re working with an established IFA firm that is looking to strengthen its support team with an experienced IFA Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous IFA administration experience who enjoys working closely with Advisers and taking ownership of client work.

The Role Act as a key point of contact for clients and Advisers Prepare Suitability Reports / Reasons Why Letters Process new business from submission through to completion Prepare portfolio reports and meeting materials Manage client administration including fund switches and communications Maintain accurate CRM and back-office records Complete compliance checks and ensure business is ready for sign-off Manage and prioritise your workload effectively About You Previous IFA / Financial Planning administration experience Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent attention to detail and organisation Confident, professional communication skills Able to work independently and manage changing priorities Intelliflo experience advantageous CII qualifications preferred but not essential The role is ideally full-time, working 7.5 hours Monday–Friday, although reduced hours can be considered.
