Assistant Site Manager– Deptford, Greater London – Residential New Builds
Our client are a Boutique Residential Developer in London, and they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on site in Deptford. The project includes 9 traditional build houses with more projects to follow.
Duties for an Assistant Site Manager
* Assisting the Site Manager
* Doing inductions
* Finishing
* Managing sub-contractors
* Taking plots from finals to CMLs
Qualifications:
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Experience in New Build Residential Projects
