Temporary Housing Support Coordinator Immediate Start | 3-Month Temporary Assignment | Hybrid Working A well-established organisation is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Housing Support Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month assignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys helping people, managing a varied workload, and working within a busy office environment.

The Role Managing customer applications and updating records accurately. Responding to enquiries by telephone and email. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders. Providing guidance and support throughout application processes. Ensuring information is processed efficiently and in line with procedures. Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times. About You Previous administration and customer service experience. Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Experience with in public sector, housing, customer support, or office environments would be advantageous. What's on Offer Immediate start available. Initial 3-month temporary assignment.
