SEN tutor

The Role

• Deliver tailored tuition in core subjects (English, Maths and/or Science)

• Support children in home, school, or alternative provision settings

• Build positive, trusting relationships with students

• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs

• Provide regular feedback on progress and engagement

• Experience tutoring or teaching children or young people

• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

• Ability to engage and motivate learners with additional needs

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Degree or relevant teaching/tutoring qualification preferred

• Competitive pay of 25-30 per hour
