Learning Support Assistant | Immediate Start | Full Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work at our well-established partner secondary school in South East London. This is a brand-new state-of-the-art school and we are looking to continue developments across the board. Most importantly, we want the ideal candidate to be someone willing to shape the future of young pupils' minds and make a positive impact on students.

As a Learning Support Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one support:
  Working closely with students to provide individualized assistance, ensuring they have the necessary support to reach their full potential.
• Assisting with classroom activities:
  Collaborating with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment, adapting materials and activities to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Promoting independence:
  Encouraging and supporting students to develop independence and confidence in their academic and social skills.
• Monitoring and reporting:
  Keeping track of student progress and behavior and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND):
  Utilizing your experience with SEND to provide tailored assistance and accommodations as needed.
