The Position – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working full-time supporting a girl in Year 5 with a diagnosis of ASD. You will provide tailored support to help her access the curriculum, develop her communication skills, and build positive relationships with peers. Your responsibilities will include supporting emotional regulation, adapting learning materials, and working closely with the class teacher and SENCO.

You will play a key role in promoting independence, confidence, and engagement in lessons.
