The Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you will:
Deliver high-quality teaching across the KS1 curriculum
Plan creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons
Assess and monitor pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Contribute to team planning and whole-school development
Have the potential to take on a subject leadership role in the future
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
Is passionate about KS1 education and committed to high standards
Demonstrates strong classroom practice and positive behaviour management
Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally
Can inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities
Values teamwork and contributes positively to school life
