Whether you are experienced in SEND or looking to build on a strong foundation, you will be supported every step of the way.

• Multidisciplinary approach (therapists, SEN specialists, medical professionals)
• Strong leadership with open‑door policy
• Clear communication and structured support systems

• Support pupils with severe and complex learning needs
• Assist with communication strategies (including PECS, Makaton or AAC where appropriate)
• Provide personal care where required, delivered with dignity and compassion
• Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans
• Contribute to a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

This role requires patience, emotional resilience, professionalism, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.

• Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND (preferred)
• Demonstrate empathy, patience and emotional intelligence
• Are reliable, proactive and reflective practitioners
• Value teamwork and professional growth
• Are committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice

Experience in special education, care, health support, psychology, youth work or mainstream education is highly valued.
