Teacher Active is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants for roles across various primary and secondary schools. We're seeking individuals who have already gained at least 6 months of experience working in education and are ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Working one-on-one and in small groups to support student learning
• Assisting pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
• Contributing to a positive, nurturing classroom environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience working in an educational setting (essential)
• A proactive, flexible approach to supporting students and teachers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive
