Teaching Assistant

We are a specialist education recruitment agency working closely with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Lewisham. We are currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs on a day-to-day and long-term basis.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Supporting children with needs such as Autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and SEMH
• Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
