The Role - SEMH Teaching AssistantSeeking a resilient and proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 within a specialist SEMH setting. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and engage with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, using de-escalation techniques, supporting emotional wellbeing and contributing to a structured and supportive learning environment.
