Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a Site Manager & Quantity Surveyor
• Develop detailed programmes & schedules for accurate progress tracking
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
• Oversee smooth project handover and client support
• Occupied property - requires strong organisational skills
• Switch timber cladding to aluminium, and be highly experienced with cladding works and cladding remediation

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within Planned Maintenance
• Strong understanding of budgets (P&L)
• Excellent communication & problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multi‑task & meet deadlines
• Driving licence required
• Background in social housing preferred

• SMSTS
• NVQ Level 6 - Preferred
• H&S Training, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
