This is a financially strong private business, known for engineering excellence, innovation and exceptional product quality. Based in Warwick, with regular visits to Stoke-on-Trent, you will be the escalation point once Technical Support has raised a product quality concern.

Your role is to get to the bottom of it, working out whether an issue originated in manufacturing, in logistics, or during installation, and building a clear, evidence based case that can be reported back to the wider group. This is a project management and investigation role rather than a technical quality management one. You will not be running ISO systems, that sits with Group, but you will be pulling together data, coordinating people and driving issues through to resolution.

Key responsibilities Acting as the escalation point for product quality issues raised by Technical Support Investigating whether issues originate in manufacturing, logistics or installation Building clear, data led cases to report findings back to group Coordinating corrective actions across teams, tracking issues through to closure Supporting compliance with relevant regulations, including Reg 4 and RAS requirements Reviewing processes and driving practical improvements Working closely with Product Management, Technical Support, Customer Service and Production Producing reports and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders Using SAP and Excel to log, track and analyse quality data What you'll bring Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience investigating issues and getting to a clear root cause Confidence coordinating people and actions across departments, project management style Comfortable working with SAP and Excel Curious, practical, and able to review a process and see where it can be improved Experience from a Technical Support, Quality, Product Management or manufacturing background Ideally you'll also have Experience in building products, bathroom products or manufacturing Awareness of product compliance or regulatory requirements A relevant qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent), though this isn't essential
