Role Overview

Join our team as a Store Manager Designate at Savers Health Home & Beauty. This full‑time role involves traveling to a variety of stores and overseeing daily operations to uphold high customer service and sales standards.

Salary:
Up to £34,200 per annum, plus a generous bonus scheme.

Hours per week: 39 hours (full‑time, flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends).

• Maintain store standards and audit processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Act as a local figure, supporting neighbouring stores as business needs arise.

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
