Sports Fun 4 All is a community-focused organisation dedicated to inspiring children and young people to achieve their potential and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Based in South East London, our team of local coaches uses their lived experiences and understanding of inner-city challenges to build strong and lasting relationships with young people. We work to create positive, safe environments and remove barriers to accessing high-quality sports facilities, empowering participants to use sport as a tool for personal and community development.

Our mission extends to fostering soft skills and providing training and employment opportunities for individuals aged 16 and above, while encouraging social inclusion and healthier lifestyles.

Fitness Instructor wanted for weekend mornings (Saturday & Sunday) in Catford, SE6. The Fitness Instructor will deliver adult group exercise sessions, and support participants in achieving their fitness goals.

The role involves engaging with a diverse range of individuals to enhance their physical health and overall wellbeing.

The Fitness Instructor will also contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive fitness environment and may assist in creating fitness programmes tailored to the needs of the community.

• Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
• Experience in Personal Training and the Fitness Industry
• Strong Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with participants
• Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels
• Level 2 Fitness Instructing / Group Training / Group Exercise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
