Protect patients and staff at Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre as a Healthcare Security Officer with Paladin Security in Twillingate. Engage in monitoring systems and emergency response.
This casual position requires you to oversee the safety and security protocols at a healthcare facility. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, managing access control, and delivering exceptional service to visitors and staff. You'll need a proactive approach to respond quickly in emergency situations and document relevant security findings throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols of hospital premises
• Operate and monitor surveillance systems effectively
• Manage access control at various entry points
• Respond promptly to emergencies while assisting staff
• Document daily activities, incidents, and security findings
Requirements:
• Valid Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
• Certification in First Aid & CPR – Level C
• Mandatory Tuberculosis screening for health workers
• Willingness for additional security training if necessary
• Previous experience and Class 5 Driver License preferred
