• Document repairs using state‑of‑the‑art software, contributing to liability mitigation and maintaining transparency. Ensure compliance with OE standards.
• Interact directly with clients to build relationships, employing customer‑service skills to address client needs effectively.
• Collaborate with dealerships and collision centers, forming strategic partnerships to assist with diagnostics and calibration needs.
• Embrace and contribute to ongoing training, staying at the cutting edge of technology in the automotive service industry.

• 5+ years of experience in ADAS calibration or related automotive service roles.
• Highly experienced in electrical diagnostics.
• Proficiency in using OE scan tools and software directly from the manufacturer.
• Leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
• Customer‑service experience and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen.
