We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to manage and supervise site activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of projects, coordinating with teams, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality specifications.
- Prepare site progress reports and update management regularly.
- Verify materials, equipment, and labour availability on site.
- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site support when required.
- Travel to different sites as per project requirements.
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision/project execution.
- Valid four-wheeler driving licence (mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
