We are looking for a talented and creative Cake Decorator / Baker who can:

• Prepare and bake cake layers according to recipes and production schedule.
• Design and decorate cakes of various sizes and shapes for birthdays, weddings, events, and retail display.
• Use fondant, piping, air-brush, sugar-craft and other decoration techniques.
• Communicate with customers to understand their design vision (if applicable) and translate into cake design.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work area, follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory of ingredients, tools and decorating supplies.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and busy seasons (holidays, event schedules).

• Proven experience as a cake decorator or baker with decorating skills (piping, fondant, sugar art).
• Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, artistic/creative mindset.
• Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, bakery operations, inventory control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (especially for events/seasonal spikes).
• Flexible schedule — weekends/holidays may be required.

• Formal training in pastry arts or bakery operations.
• Portfolio of decorated cakes or sample work.
• Experience with custom orders (weddings, large events) or retail cake display.
