Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage 1:1 call ratio
10 minute to 30 minute call response time required
3 - 10 patient encounters per shift
Average 2 admissions per day
Regular phone consultation duties
Rounding required on assigned patients
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
