  General Hematology – Oncology Cases
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MOSAIQ
• Certifications required:
  Board Certified and Basic Life Support
• Licensure required:
  Idaho/Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
