• Full-time, permanent
• Successful, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical practice, the largest of its kind in the state.
• Primarily outpatient practice with weekly hospital call mostly involving well-newborns with a small percentage of Level II NICU cases.
• Pediatric admissions occur infrequently, averaging one patient per month or less.
• Pediatricians enjoy significant autonomy and flexibility when it comes to their schedule and practice. This is a major benefit which distinguishes this medical group from many other workplace models.
• Pediatricians enjoy a collegial working relationship and often rely on the expertise of one another when working challenging clinical cases.
• Pediatricians work with their own well-qualified support staff who will help enter clinical data into the EHR. This contributes greatly to improved clinical care and decreased physician workload.
• Option to precept University of Washington medical students.
Compensation
• Base salary plus bonus incentive based on production and quality measure.
• Partner in 12 months
