We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide project management of civil engineering projects that may include roadway materials, structure foundations, earthwork, site development, mining/mine sites, power transmission facilities, drainage, and other civil engineering projects. Ideally, you’ll have a background of experience that includes engineering or management of the following types of civil engineering projects:

• Earthwork and pavements
• Urban and rural drainage systems
• Erosion control and grading
• Environmental documentation and permitting

As a Project Manager at STRATA, you’ll play a key role in both winning and delivering projects. While you won’t have direct reports, you’ll lead by example, mentoring and guiding team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building client relationships and identifying new project opportunities
• Developing scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Preparing contracts and project execution plans
• Managing project performance, from kickoff to closeout
• Collaborating with engineers, geologists, technicians, and accounting staff
• Ensuring financial tracking and reporting are accurate and timely
• Helping shape and improve internal processes and best practices

You’ll also support engineering proposals and business development efforts across the region.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• 10–20 years of post‑degree experience in civil engineering design and project management
• Proven experience with the types of projects listed above
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of driving business success

Depending upon experience, the pay range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000 annually.
