• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services to patients in both skilled nursing (inpatient) and outpatient settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation.

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Idaho (required).

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.
