[City, State] Pay: $35–$40/hour
What you'll be doing- Carrying out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Helping residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence
- Teaching residents and families safe transfers, exercises, and use of equipment
- Tracking progress and letting the PT know about changes in a resident's condition
- Working closely with OT, speech, nursing, and families to help each resident reach their goals
- Keeping clear, timely documentation in our electronic health record
- Active PTA license in Idaho, or the ability to get one
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply!
- A positive, encouraging attitude and a love of teamwork
- $35–$40/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time hours with a consistent caseload
