Summary of Position: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‑in, check‑out and coordination of hotel services. Respond to guest reservation requests, answer telephones, handle guest compliments or complaints, and take appropriate action. Also handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Must be able to work evenings 2:30 p‑10:30 p.

Paid Holidays6 paid holidays after one year of service (upon hire for salaried team members):
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
- Both PTO and sick leave allow team members to balance home life for any reason.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) is available to all team members after one full year of service. Accrual increases with tenure.
- Sick Leave available for team members employed in Oregon or Washington after 90 days.

Benefits typically begin on the first day of the month following 60 days of full‑time employment. Eligibility criteria and waiting periods are defined by each benefit’s plan documents. Insurance coverage is unavailable to part‑time (less than 30 hours) and seasonal team members (less than six months).
