Customer Service Rep
Northwest x Southern Hospitality, managing Courtyard by Marriott in Lewiston, Idaho, seeks a Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, check them in/out, and coordinate services.
You will answer questions, resolve issues, and work with hotel staff to ensure a smooth, pleasant stay. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Flexible shifts, up to 40 hours weekly, including nights and weekends. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
