Technical Project Manager III – Data Analytic Solutions Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston, Little Rock, and Springdale offices.

As a member of the Data Analytic Solutions team, the Technical Project Manager III manages work efforts from concept through close-out and supports the management of work efforts of varying complexity and technical scope. The Technical Project Manager III is responsible for the appropriateness, quality, and timeliness of all aspects of one or more work efforts, in coordination with an agile or PMO Project Manager where applicable, managing the production of work effort estimates, developing delivery plan and schedule, establishing measures and milestones, and tracking ongoing progress, while proactively managing risks, issues, scope and human resources through the delivery life-cycle.

This position handles the largest and most complex of assignments and may lead teams of people to ensure work efforts are delivered on schedule and within budget, while satisfying agreed-upon customer requirements and specifications within the scope of the work effort, and will generally have a certification and will work with or on an agile team.

Qualifications:

The Technical Project Manager III would have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and a minimum seven years progressive project management experience to include managing multiple, large scale or highly complex projects concurrently, with a Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Licenses, Certifications, Registration, Etc.

Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.

Experience working in a larger, more complex organization, including navigating matrixed teams and established processes

Technical project management:
Proven track record managing projects with technical components from planning through delivery

Internal and vendor collaboration:
Experience partnering with cross-functional internal teams and managing external vendor relationships

Complex project delivery:
Has led or contributed to projects with multiple work streams, dependencies, and competing priorities

Stakeholder management:
Skilled at communicating with, aligning, and influencing stakeholders at varying levels

Polished written communication:
Produces clear, professional, well-organized written materials, such as status reports, proposals, and executive summaries

Skills and Attributes:
Familiarity with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Guide and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) including understanding of the project lifecycle.

Demonstrated high-level technical understanding of business requirements as they pertain to Project Management principles and the project lifecycle including demonstrated excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
