Base pay range

$66,680.00/yr - $/yr

• Benefits: Dental Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement, Equity, Paid Time Off, Other.
• Pay Scale: the pay scale is based on years of experience, meaning the listed minimum is what is paid for no experience and maximum is > 30-years of experience. If you want to know what your candidate will be offered, please ask.
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 w/ 2-year commitment, or $20,000 w/ 3-year commitment
• Relocation Assistance: Amount is negotiable based on relocation distance & comes with a 2-year work requirement (paid out within 30-days of submission of receipts). If someone received both sign-on & relocation assistance, total commitment would be for 2 yrs.
• Office Hours: 12-hour shifts: either 7am - 7pm or 7pm to 7am
• SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS (Paid based on majority of hours worked)
• Evening Shift (3pm – 11:30pm) = 8%
• Night Shift (11:00pm – 7:30am) = 11%
• No Weekend Differential.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) (Nice-To-Haves).
